Hi, my name is Dale Ballentine. I’m the owner of Vol-State Bookkeeping Services a business professional with a background that blends financial organization, project management, and real-world operational experience.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a minor in Project Management, and I’ve spent much of my career working in manufacturing environments as an engineer, where accuracy, documentation, and accountability matter.
In those roles, I managed projects involving:
Capital funds tracking
Vendor and contractor coordination
Budget oversight and reporting
That experience directly shapes how I approach bookkeeping today — with structure, consistency, and attention to detail.
